Mentors will be compensated $500 for the 9-month work with each team. Mentors must complete the work to be compensated. Copensation method depends on the department Starting in 2009 mentor supplements will be applied to their research account or to the department, The detailed Mentor guide can be found here. Faculty Mentor specific rubrics are found here. Senior Design Purchase Order Process Some companies are asking for the faculty Mentors to complete an NDA to be able to view the information provided to student teams. Our Technology Transfer department has prepared a generic NDA for Mentors. Please complete ONE, sign and send the hardcopy to Bill Heybruck (Smith 214) so it can be put on file and distributed upon request. All forms are reviewed and signed by Technology Transfer as well.
