Remember, 70% of people looking for employment find their jobs through networking - talking with people, not through applications or online. The Industrial Senior Design path will allow you to meet 30 to 60 potential employers during our activities. You cannot get this exposure working on a department-based project! Mileage Reimbursement Process: For LOCAL travel use this form http://www.finance.uncc.edu/Forms/MileageReimbursement.xlsx Parking receipts are REQUIRED and must be orginals. Fill out the sheet, print have your mentor initial and deliver hardcopy to Dr. Heybruck who will approve, and process. Travel Reimbursement Process: Collect RECEIPTS for all TOLLS, Parking, taxi, bus, etc. and other related expenses. No reimbursement for other than MILEAGE without an ACTUAL ORIGINAL receipt. Complete Travel Reimbursement 2009 form and SIGN (this affirms you are providing accurate accounting and are subject to dismissal if found to be false). http://www.finance.uncc.edu/Forms/TravelReimbursement.xls GIVE to Faculty Mentor Faculty Mentor reviews for appropriate trip and sends to ISL. Mentor sending form to ISL indicates his approval of reimbursement. ISL completes form and sends to FA to process. Expect 2-4 weeks for processing and check.

This year the Senior Design Program is co-sponsor. Participating students will have priority for registration for this learning experience. |
